Full-circle moment?

Standing in the pit and realizing Jack Met was literally right in front of my camera. Eight-year-old me would have been absolutely screaming at sixteen-year-old me.

What makes an AJR show different?

They don't just stand on stage and play the songs. They're everywhere, they're constantly interacting with the crowd, and there's always something happening. I've seen them multiple times and somehow the show still never gets old.

Hardest part about photographing your favorite band?

Remembering that I was there to take pictures. 😂 I know every word to every song, so there were definitely moments when my brain wanted to be at an AJR concert instead of working one.

Shot you couldn't believe you got?

Anything where Jack was right in front of me. I've watched him from the audience for years, so seeing his face through my camera from a few feet away was completely surreal.

Better from the crowd or the pit?

Don't make me choose. 😂 I've loved being in the crowd for years, singing every word with everyone around me. But getting to see the show from the pit with a camera in my hands? That's going to be pretty hard to beat.
